Your negatives are safely stored in our climate-controlled office, secured behind three locked doors. They remain under our careful watch until an automatic return is triggered or a return order is placed.

Automatic
Once you exceed 100 stored archival pages, they will be carefully placed in an archival binder and automatically returned to you at no additional charge. Before the return, we'll email you to verify your shipping address, ensuring a smooth and accurate delivery.

Manual
Need your film back sooner? Place a return order at any time for items currently stored with us. You'll have the option to add an archival binder and settle any overdue orders at this time. If any orders are unpaid, they'll be returned in the manner they were originally sent but housed in a protective bag for safe transit.

We use PrintFile 35-7BXW archival negative preservers. Each preserver holds 7 strips of 6 frames. 42 frames total.
Half Frame
In rare cases an additional preserver is required due to spacing issues.
Panoramic
It is common that panoramic rolls require an additional preserver due to spacing issues.
Mixed
It is common that mixed format rolls require an additional preserver due to spacing issues.
